For Buyers & Investors

Yes. While many Canvas Homes properties are purchased as investments, buyers may also purchase a home they plan to occupy, either immediately or after renovations. We’re happy to work with buyers regardless of their plans for the property.

Canvas Homes gives buyers and investors access to a consistent pipeline of opportunities, including properties that may not be available through traditional channels. Because seller negotiations have often already taken place, buyers can spend less time sourcing deals and more time evaluating them.

Most opportunities are 1–4 unit residential properties, along with land, tear-downs, and redevelopment opportunities.

That depends on your preferences. You can choose to see everything available or receive alerts only when a property matches specific criteria. Buyers without specific criteria may see approximately 5–10 opportunities per week.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to continue working with their preferred Realtor or other representation.

No. Canvas Homes does not act as the buyer’s legal representative in the transaction.

Yes. We work with Realtors and are happy to review listings or off-market opportunities that may be a fit.

Yes. We regularly work with local wholesalers and welcome opportunities that may fit our buyer network.

We keep communication direct with the Realtor or wholesaler throughout the transaction so existing relationships are respected and responsibilities remain clear. Our goal is to make the process straightforward and efficient for everyone involved.
